Real Ale Train 2004
On Saturday May 29th 2004 Leeds 18 Plus did a Pub Crawl with a difference, the Real Ale Train on the Penistone Line between Huddersfield and Denby Dale.
I've used my route planning program to find out how far we walked, and it came up with a total of 9½ miles!
It was 5 miles from Berry Brow to Brockholes via Honley, 2½ miles up to the Shelley Garden Centre and back, 1 mile in Denby Dale and a mile around Huddersfield town centre. Not bad going!
