Romiley 18 Plus

Romiley 18 Plus group was founded in 1967 with the idea to benefit and improve the lives of young adults, through a careful balance of enjoyment and responsibility. This is in common with the whole of 18 Plus.

It is run entirely by our members who are elected to serve for six to twelve months. Members devise programmes of very diverse activities, organising whatever they want from interesting talks and quizzes to learning management and leadership skills, from discos and sports to charity fund raising.

Romiley 18 Plus is non-profit making and is free from the religious, political or commercial pressures common to many of our competitors.

A year's membership costs only £20-00. Anyone aged 18-35 years old can come along and join in the fun for up to 4 weeks free of charge. There is no obligation to join.

A further advantage of joining Romiley 18 Plus Group is the automatic entitlement to the activities and benefits of all other local and national groups.
