Faith My friend seems a fool, a good-natured clod, I proved to him, the other day that this religion could not be
real, My friend had no choice but to concede, I cleverly removed all doubt that he was wrong to
believe, Said I, Maths and science are things on which we can
rely. After a short time had passed and I had time to think, I realise that my views are based on arrogance and
self-promotion. If I manage to replace his good book, In discussion with him, I explain as to me it is
occurring, Perhaps not quite too late in the day it becomes clear to
me, Our friendship is stronger now, which is good news, |
