Flexibility

1 need you to be flexible and assist,
Don't create a block do not resist.

This thing needs doing now and must be done my way
1 know that you could probably have some things to say.

I'm fully aware that you bring new skills
But I've no time for airs and frills.

We must produce a response, some action now
Get on the case ahead please plough.

My style of management gets results from staff
Inflexible me, that's such a laugh.

We have no time for naval gazing
Or standing in a field like cows just grazing.

1 never block my staff from leaving
I'm far too busy to waste time grieving.

My department always hits its targets on the nose
Does it matter, who stays or goes.

Perhaps later I'll listen to your point of view
Things may change becoming new?

But just for now do as 1 require
In a few years we can all retire.
