COIN COVERING
THROUGHOUT YORKSHIRE

As part of the Yorkshire Area Publicity Campaign organised by the Publicity Action Group (PAG), John Smith (PAG Chairman) has organised several coin covering events throughout the Yorkshire Area. On Saturday 8th March John arrived at the Princes Quay in Hull along with some fancy dress costumes. Members from Bradford, Hull and Leeds came along to show their support, give up their small change and take it in turns to wear fancy dress.

We were trying to cover the 18 Plus compass logo with coins and collect money in tins. Over £70 was raised and there are two more coin covering events already lined up for this year. 1 would like to thank all the members that helped on the day as 1 am sure John really appreciated it.

The PAG Committee would welcome any help in the forthcoming events. If you would like more information please contact John Smith on 01484 658830.
