Dancing for a good cause
MEMBERS of a Leeds-based social group have
been dancing in the streets to raise money for charity.
Ten members of Leeds 18 Plus, a group for
anyone aged between 18 and 35 to take part in fun leisure and social
activities and fundraising events, took part in a sponsored conga to
raise funds for Save the Children.
Setting off from the Pack Horse pub in
Leeds city centre, the conga dancers made their way to the Unicorn Inn in
Rothwell - the meeting place of the Rothwell 18 Plus - in just over three
hours.
They raised well over £200 for Save
the Children.

Getting down to the conga
