Activities Officer to be elected at the Area Conference

Disco |
This will be on Saturday 13th November at Dewsbury Rugby
Club. Your Group should have received further details / publicity about this
event.

| Area Activities
Officer |
The position of Area Activities Officer has become vacant
and the AEC are looking for someone to fill it. Nominations will be heard at
the November Conference.
The main duties are keepig the Area Diary up to
date and co-ordinating major Area events.
If you require more information,
please call Linda Street.

| Bi-AGM info
|
As soon as you have held your Bi-AGM, please fill in the
forms in your current Directory and return one to the Office in Newent and on
to Bridget, the Area Administrator.
If you have lost your Directory, please
copy out all your venue and Committee details and forward instead.
Even if
your details haven't changed, still inform the Office and Bridget.
A
set of simple accounts (audited by a competant person) should be presented at
your Bi-AGM and a copy sent to Russell, the Area Treasurer.

This will be available at the November Conference. If you
have any of the A4 folders that are finished with, please return them.
If
you have any submissions you think other Groups will enjoy please bring them
olong.

Grimsby & Cleethorpes 18 Plus Group now meet at the
Oberon, King Edward Street, Grimsby.
Northwich 18 Plus Group now meet
at Witton Albion Football Club, off Chapel Lane, Woncham, Northwich.

| Area Conference
|
This will be held on Sunday afternoon 14th November at The
Old Court Brewhouse, Queen Street, Huddersfield (this is Huddersfield Group's
venue).
The Conference will start at 1 p.m.
Please bring any new Bank
Mandate forms for Dave to counter-sign.

|
The Trophy will be presented at the November Conference. All
forms must reach Ellie and Russell by the 12th November.
Visits made during
this week will be included in the following competition.
