GROUP INFORMATION FORM

The Group Return Form should be completed and forwarded to Elaine Padley by the 17th July. By now all Groups should have forwarded their current Directory details to both the National Office and to Bridgett Wittaker, sent a copy of their Group audited accounts to Russell Jones and had their Bank Mandate forms signed by the Area Chairman David Orsler.

NEXT NEWSLETTER AND BULK-POSTING

Should anyone wish a paragraph included in the next Newsletter (out at the end of July) or to include any posters, event letters, maps etc (25 of each are needed) please let Linda Street have them by the 17th July at the latest.

GROUP PLANS

All Groups are asked to formulate a simple plan to cover the months of August to December and to forward to Elaine Padley by the end of July. A plan to cover January to June 2000 is also required by the Area Conference. To help Groups to formulate these some guidelines and frameworks have been put together.

FOOTSORES

As from the beginning of July, groups may only claim footsore points for visiting a particular group once per month e.g. Huddersfield may visit Bradford each Wednesday, but only be able to claim footsore points for one of these visits. This is to encourage groups to visit different groups and encourage more mixing! Remember to take a car load on group nights to claim points. Send completed footsore forms to Ellie. No soggy beermats please!

Groups of the month for August are Cheadle and Bradford. Again the five bonus points are awarded.

A copy of the Footsore Form is provided, so please make copies and send completed slips to Ellie. No soggy beer mats please!
