This is something new for Northern Area 18 Plus, it was suggested at the Area Conference in November that we organise special nights out in Leeds and Manchester, these locations are relatively easy to get to and from by public transport and are "happening" places entertainment wise.

First up was Leeds on January 17th 2004. The meeting place was Wetherspoons at Leeds railway station at 7:30, then on to Maxi's Express for a Chinese buffet (8:00) after the meal a bit of a pub crawl starting at Edwards then off clubbin' at the Bondi Beech.

Members from Huddersfield were first to arrive at Wetherspoons in Leeds Railway Station, closely followed by Bradford and Otley then Leeds members.

When everyone had arrived we set off to Maxi's for a Chinese buffet.

Edwards 9:00

After the meal at Maxi's it was off to Edwards to meet up with members from Rothwell 18 Plus Group for a drink or two.

After Edwards we had a bit of a pub crawl taking in the Fab Bar, Barracuda and Qube among others. The evening was rounded of with a Night Club.
